MU 2162 - Class Piano VI: Early Advanced

Class Piano sequence of small group instruction in piano, is limited to 12 students per class. The courses range from beginning through late intermediate levels and are designed to develop skills and techniques applicable to all keyboard styles. Class Piano VI is designed for students at the late early advanced level of technical skill. Students will be assigned individual pieces from the various eras of classical repertoire (Baroque through 20th Century). All students will work on technical and functional materials in a progressive, orderly manner. Materials will emphasize musicianship skills in correlation to keyboard proficiency examinations for continuing musical studies.

Prerequisite: Instructor approval.
