ECC partners with the Four Rivers Career Center (FRCC) to offer programming in several career/technical fields as well as general education options. ECC-Washington houses the Precision Machining and Industrial Engineering degree and certificate programs. In partnership with FRCC, additional programming in Auto Technology, Building Construction, and Welding is offered. ECC also offers general education coursework at the location to support the degree and certificate programs.
The site is also the location of the Center for Workforce Development. Staff are available to assist local and regional business and industry with training and education needs.
