Office of Public Relations

The Office of Public Relations is responsible for public information, photography, advertising and publications. The office serves as liaison with the media regarding College news, events and policies.

Transfer and Articulation Officer

Each Missouri institution of higher education has a Transfer and Articulation Officer designated by the college president to assist students who might experience difficulty with the transfer process. At ECC, the (CSAO) Vice President of Student Development serves in this capacity. The Vice President is located in Buescher Hall on the main campus.

Title IX Coordinator

The Vice President of Student Development serves as the Title IX Coordinator and oversees the reporting and investigation of all student complaints regarding sexual harassment or sexual misconduct. The Director Human Resources serves as Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
