MCM 225 - Writing for the Media

This course introduces students to the wide variety of wiring styles used in contemporary media industries, including print, broadcast, film, and new media platforms. Emphasis will be placed on gathering accurate information, effective and creative storytelling, and proper formatting, including practice of Associated Press style.
