COL 150 - Navigating College & Career Hours: 3 This course enables students to learn the resources specific to their institution while developing the academic skills necessary for college success. Emphasis is placed on self-development, information literacy, and college-level study and thinking strategies essential for academic achievement, Students focus on becoming more efficient learners as they strengthen skills that support success across disciplines. In addition, the course helps students connect their learning to future academic and career goals, preparing them for a successful transition to a four-year institution or to the workforce. These transferable skills provide a framework for students’ college experience while laying the foundation for long-term career success.
