HVC 290 - Customer Service & Employment Skills Hours: 1.5 This course explores the various successful techniques involved in establishing effective communication with the customer, the employer, and the co-worker with emphasis on customer relations and consumerism. It will assist the student in developing an effective resume and cover letter. This course will explore the social responsibilities and ethical behavior as it applies to the HVAC field.
