CS 1012 - Introductory Computers for Culinary Arts

This course is an introduction to the tools for managing information. These tools are used to develop students’ ability to locate, organize, store, retrieve, evaluate, synthesize, and annotate information in preparation for solving problems and making informed decisions as it relates to the Culinary Arts. The students will complete hands-on introductions to managing information using application software for word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Recommended: Keyboarding skills are recommended.
