CUL 1151 - Survey of Restaurant Cuisine & Cooking

This course exposes students to the vast differences in restaurant cuisine and the cooking
methods used in the kitchen. Students will utilize skills and knowledge from previous
courses to analyze different restaurant experiences.

Prerequisite: CUL 1133  & CUL 1142 , minimum grade C
