Welding, AAS

East Central College’s Fast Track Welding Program is geared towards students enrolling in our welding program who are interested in learning the skills required to acquire a career in welding in a short amount of time. In just 16 weeks, you will receive your first Certificate of Specialization to give you all the necessary skills and resources to be employable by companies around the community and around the nation in search of skilled welders. Through our stackable credentials, students will move seamlessly through welding courses to earn a Certificate of Specialization, followed by a Certificate of Achievement, finally culminating in an AAS degree if desired.  

Extra-Curricular/Cocurricular Opportunities at ECC: Opportunities exist for students to engage in cocurricular events with local and regional companies to visualize their future career in welding.
