The Associate of Applied Science Business degree will introduce you to the many skills required to get noticed by today’s business leaders. Critical thinking, communication skills, and a strong understanding of business ethics is a great foundation on which to start your future. The business pathway offers professional courses in management, marketing, economics, accounting, communications, and business law. These are combined with a core of general education courses to ensure that students receive a well-rounded curriculum.

This pathway is designed for the student to graduate and directly enter the job market with potential opportunities in entry-level management and supervisory positions in a variety of businesses.

Extra-Curricular/Cocurricular Opportunities at ECC: All business students have an opportunity to participate in DECA. ECC-DECA has competed regionally and nationally enjoying trips to Washington D. C., Orlando and New York.
