This pathway is intended to help a student gain and entry-level position as a level-1 helpdesk support technician. The program will prepare students to use professional and appropriate customer service skills to gather information in order to analyze a caller’s problem and respond or escalate accordingly. Entry level positions as a help desk technician may lead to advancement to higher level support positions including field support and network technician.
