PSC 102 - US Government I: National & State   Hours: 3  An introduction to the basic principles and structures of American, national, state, and local governments. Emphasis will be placed upon the federal system; constitutional development and interpretation; civil liberties; political parties; the executive, legislative, judicial branches; and federal administrative agencies. PS 1203 complies with the provisions of Section 170.011 RsMO requiring the study of state and federal constitutions.
