CUL 1003 - Kitchen Fundamentals

A basic course to prepare students for kitchen study, Kitchen Fundamentals covers areas of basic
purchasing procedures, product identification, food costing, and kitchen equipment. In addition,
measurements and basic recipe calculations are covered.
