ENG 215 - African American Literature Hours: 3 African American Literature is an introductory course designed to study literary writings produced by African Americans from colonial times to the present. The course will follow a historical approach, surveying major works of literature produced by African Americans throughout the nation’s history. The course will follow periods and movements most significant to African American history.
