Culinary Arts - Associate of Applied Science (ECC code: CULINARYARTS.AAS)
This program of study is a sample plan for a full-time student; part-time study is also available. Students interested in the ECC Culinary Arts program are encouraged to contact the program coordinator to receive a tour of the culinary facilities and review the curriculum, admission requirements and career potentials.
