PED 113 - Advanced Fitness Hours: 1 This is a physical education physical activity course. A course designed to provide opportunities for the student to develop an individual programs of exercise based on the concepts and guidelines for each component of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, and cardio- respiratory endurance. Students will select the exercise programs and establish goals for the components they wish to improve. Students will meet with the instructor for 1500 minutes of activity time.
Prerequisite: PED 111 , PED 112
