Overview
EAST CENTRAL COLLEGE offers several distinct program options within the area of fine and performing arts. This meta-major allows students to explore the connections between artistic expression, design and communication in order to determine the program most suitable to their talents, interests, and career goals. Certificates, applied science degrees, studio fine arts programs and two-year associate transfer degrees are all available within the fine and performing arts field. These programs may lead to a variety of careers within the arts, educational arenas, and even business or technical sectors of the workplace.
Ultimately, a common goal of the ECC Fine and Performing Arts Meta-Major is to provide a strong foundation rooted in artistic principles, fostering a creative atmosphere fundamental to lifelong learning.
